Wounded eagle

You killed our people and razed our buildings to the ground.
You are gloating right now, but you have only won the first round.
You have released an arrow which you cannot retrieve.
You have unleashed a chain reaction and there will be no reprieve.

Whichever hell-hole you are going to hide in,
You'll be dragged out and made to pay for your sin.

To kill a person, all you need is a bullet.
No amount of force though, can kill our spirit.

Today, our soul is seared with pain.
But the bald eagle will soar again....
